The manufacturer Giuseppe Barlassina created special series of flutes and named them by associating his name with that of famous flutists of the time, as a way of paying homage to them. For this reason, there are copies with the following brands: “Barlassina & Billoro”, “Barlassina & Casoli”, “Barlassina & Galloni”, “Barlassina & Saetti”, as well as others with the “Barlassina” brand without accompanying the name of a musician.
